How to Make Dragon Fruit Klepon


Ingrendients :
1.      250 grams of glutinous rice flour
2.      50 grams of rice flour
3.      Dragon fruit juice
4.      Water
5.      Salt
6.      Chocolate bar
7.      Cheese

Steps :
1.      Prepare the ingrendients.
2.      Mix the rice flour, glutinous rice flour, salt, dragon fruit juice, and water. Stir it until smooth.
          

3.      Slice into small pieces of chocolate bar for stuffing.

4.      Take a little dough, then flatten. Give a little chocolate.






5.      Make the dough into a round shape.

6.      Boil water until boiling. Take te balls of klepon into the boiling water. Wait until the balls of klepon float.


7.      After that, grate the cheese. Lift the balls of klepon float and roll it on the grated cheese.



8.      Dragon fruit klepon ready to be served.
